Dear Willow Wood Village HOA Members,
In an attempt to improve the HOA’s response to our members’ concerns, we are instituting a new evidence-backed process of reporting alleged violations to our community’s governing documents (as described in our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations). This is necessary to meet the following goals:
-
Accurately document perceived violations
-
Have independently-verified evidence in order to be able to impose a violation fine
-
Upon legal request, be able to provide the evidence for HOA violations
-
Minimize misunderstandings between and among members
In the past, violations have been reported without providing the information necessary for follow-up. This has resulted in considerable confusion and subsequent disappointments regarding the final outcomes. Without the appropriate documentation it is impossible for your HOA to implement our Violation Policy and to provide for a legal remedy to member concerns.
Beginning on June 1, 2024, it will now be required for anyone wishing to place a formal complaint regarding any alleged violations to our Governing Documents to fill out and submit the following form to the Property Manager:
Please find the Willow Wood Village Violation Report Form below that you may download.

Our intent is to provide a documented, decisive result to each concern in a timely, thorough and equitable manner while assuring the professional oversight the community has been entrusted to maintain.
The Willow Wood Village Homeowners Association, Inc. is committed to upholding the community’s Governing Documents as well as striking a balance between the individual interests of homeowners and the overall harmony and value of the neighborhood.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter.
Sincerely,
